Provide in-situ Next PL professional learning across the year for teachers modelling with in class demonstrations.
Our Task: Provide Next PL professional learning workshops for the Excelsior Primary School teachers for the whole academic year by conducting in-class demonstrations.
The independent public school Excelsior Primary School in Canning Vale serves Kindergarten through Year 6. Their goal is to create an engaging learning environment for their students. Their professional learning community is dedicated to helping every child’s lifetime learning and personal growth (academic, creative, physical, social, and emotional). They are also committed to learning excellence. The Excelsior Way integrates principles and ideals, and they are founded on Reaching for the Stars, Relationships, and Respect.
Over each term, our knowledgeable advisors improved on-site and online teacher effectiveness and student learning. We have offered ongoing action-based learning for several years, working closely with Excelsior Primary School to ensure that the curriculum delivery is efficient. With modelling and in-class demonstrations, Next Learning has offered professional development to teachers and staff.
