Ken has tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Change Management, Coaching and Psychology accumulated over 20 years. He has psychometric qualifications in Human Synergistics, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Shadow Coaching. In addition, Ken is the Senior Consultant for OPIC in WA, a Master Coach in Coach@work and is accredited in OPIC’s Executive Capability Framework to undertake leadership assessment and leadership coaching activities. Ken’s commitment is to building High Performance capability within organisations and he focuses his activities in the Western Australian Region.
Ken has held senior roles in Federal and WA State Government, around change Management and Organisational Development. Ken is an associate member and on the WA State Representative of the Australian Psychology Society Coaching Interest Group. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and an associate of the International Society of Coaching Psychology. Ken has substantial experience in using the Human Synergistics suite of products, namely the Life Style Inventory (LSI), Group Style Inventory (GSI), Organisational Cultural Inventory (OCI), Management Impact (MI) and Leadership Impact (LI). He is trained in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and uses that process as needed with clients and teams. Ken is also trained and accredited to practice Shadow Coaching, a real-time learning approach that helps client become more self-aware.

He can introduce specific capability development that will assist leaders support their school environment to become high performing and future proof.
Ken can support all leaders within the school environment, and has specific skills in facilitating information sessions on resilience, influencing and change management. He can also coach leaders within the school environment.
